Resumen:
We study a problem related to the electric power generation scheduling on a hydrothermal system. Based on the Nash-Cournot equilibrium theory, we obtain a monotone inclusion which involves an operator with separa- ble structure and allows for the application of the proximal decomposition scheme developed by Lotito, Parente and Solodov [Journal of Convex Anal- ysis 16 (2009), 857{880]. We describe our implementation and we present some examples.
