Resumen:
In this work we present second order necessary and sufficient conditions of an optimal control problem with singular arcs. We work on problems with scalar control, a simple control constraint and final-state constraints. These problems have been studied by Dmitruk in [Dmi99], and Bonnans and Osmolovskii in [BO08]. To obtain these conditions we use the Goh Transformation to introduce new variables and we arrive to necessary and sufficient conditions in these new variables. Ref: Ref: [Dmi99] A.V.
