Resumen:
South-South cooperation is neither natural nor spontaneous. Quite on the contrary,
it flows against the current.
The aim of this report is taking into account that the
established cooperation has always been between Northern and Southern
institutions and stress the need to reorient theoretical and methodological frameworks of the dominant development discourses and the need to improve the organization of Southern research infrastructures.
