A role for histamine in the carcinogenesis process has beenwidely postulated. In a previous study, we have described anatypical association of histamine receptors to signaltransduction pathways [1], which could be an importantfeature for the action of histamine in multistage mouse skincarcinogenesis [2]. In this model, a crucial role for ras protooncogeneactivation has been proposed [3]. The aim of thepresent work was to study histamine receptors signalling incultured cell lines derived from mouse keratinocytesharboring H-ras alterations.
