Resumen:
temperature was assessed. Dissolved solids, sugars and microbial counts were kept without modification during the tested days due to the growth inhibition and microbial activity. In trials of ethanol production, the diluted honey with water or juice demonstrated high efficiency values without significant differences between dilution methods.
