Resumen:
One of the motivations for organizing this PASI lies in the fact that currently there is a rather limited interaction between the scientists from US and Canada and those from Latin America in the field of fluid dynamics and its applications. In this Discussion Session we plan to establish an open dialogue involving all lecturers and participants regarding facilitating further development of this interaction. An important question is to which degree PASI-like events contribute to development of better connections, and what future initiatives should be established to achieve this goal.
