Resumen:
We previously reported a laboratory experiment to familiarize undergraduate biochemistry students with techniques that are used in the quality control of medicines. We have designed a new set of experiments to further expand the students capabilities in the biological science. Students are challenged with techniques related to microorganism manipulation, sterile conditions, and growth parameters that are useful to study the adaptive response to environmental stimuli.
