Resumen:
I examine the problems created by constitutional transplants, through the analysis of social rights and their inclusions in Latin American Constitutions since the ebginning of the 20th Century. I try to demonstrate that the difficulties related to the enforcement of social rights is linked to the improper way in which they were incorporated in constitutional documents.
