Resumen:
The bioactivity and efficient mechanical properties have key roles in the attainment of any biomaterial applied for GTR. The aim of this research proposal is two-fold: first, to study the rheological properties of the hydrogels while forming and, second to evaluate the tensile resistance of the dry membranes using different nHA concentrations. The final objective is to develop a biodegradable and bioactive membrane with enhanced mechanical properties to stimulate bone formation in maxillofacial applications.
