Resumen:
Possibilities of extraction procedure for metsulfuron methyl using liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction method (DLLME, [1]) were proved. These preliminary experiments were carried out to obtain the best conditions for automated determination with on-line sample pre-treatment. Detection was tested in fluorescence mode using different pH conditions and UV decomposition. Results obtained during mentioned testing will be applied for transfer of on-line extraction and detection of metsulfuron methyl to the fully automated dual-valve sequential injection system (DV-SIA, [2]). Thus universal flow technique will be used for determination of widely used herbicide. The proposed method will be applied for monitoring of metsulfuron methyl amount in different sample matrices mainly surface water samples.
