Faint satellite galaxies are studied statistically using a sampleselection from the SDSS-DR4. Photometric and spectroscopic data in theneighborhood of bright isolated galaxies are used. An excess inprojection of faint galaxies is found in the surrounding regions of thehosts, to which those excess objects are suposed to belong to. Severalsubsamples are analyzed in order to search for dependences on satelliteand host properties. The brightest hosts are found to have a profilemore rapidly vanishing. FULL TEXT IN SPANISH
