Resumen:
The exchanges of disulfides, thioesters and hydrazones have been combined in one dynamic system. Simultaneous exchanges of disulfides and thioesters were activated with base in presence of hydrazone groups without interference. Alternatively, acidification of the reaction medium activates hydrazone exchange without affecting the first level of exchange. Since a sequential activation of the exchange processes can be carried out in any order, the final composition of the libraries depends on the chemical path followed to generate them
