Resumen:
We describe the application of TMTOH to the solid phase cleavage of the benzyl ester linkage between amino acids/dipeptides and resins. Butylstannonic acid is used as catalyst for transesterification of various carboxylic esters. This method is also applicable to acetylatio/deacetylation of alcohols
