Combinatorial Chemistry is a novel strategy that allows the generation of large compound libraries providing a valuable source of structural diversity. This review aim to cover the main topics of Combinatorial Chemistry highlighting syntheses and screenong methodologies and published examples of Combinatorial Synthesis applied to drug discovery.
