Resumen:
AbstractThe growing importance of the study of heritage values, at different scales, the different landscapes and cultural routes that develop in urban and rural areas, are still interest as a way to regional development. Therefore, the interest in the shared experience between regions of countries in different cultural contexts is the starting point for the development of international cooperation between Argentina (Quebrada de Humahuaca) and Brazil (São Paulo hinterland). The Quebrada de Humahuaca, has been a cultural journey through 10,000 years, in which the axis of the Rio Grande has been the major backbone that articulated numerous tangible and intangible cultural traces. On the other hand, in the old transportation way between Sao Paulo hinterlands to Santos Port, as part of a route of transhumance too, we can identify tangible and intangible expression of the culture of sugar and coffee. While the common denominator in both cases were the railway lines, these routes are presented as dynamic systems that they link as a network of natural and cultural resources. The aim of this paper is to present the theoretical and methodological foundations, for a proposed of a comparative study of dynamic systems and historical relations between the landscape resources of the Quebrada de Humahuaca in the province of Jujuy in northern Argentina, and the old railway line Campinas ? Jundiai, in São Paulo, in the southeast of Brazil. This work will strengthen the "Railway Memory Research" (managed by UNESP) and "The Catalogue and Landscape Guidelines as instruments for regional development in the heritage dimension of the Quebrada de Humahuaca, World Heritage" (managed by the UNT). We intended, as a result, to explain a cooperation methodology between the two countries considering some tools like: conceptual framework of cultural routes and tours, inventory of cultural resources linked to routes, setting points of comparable contacts and the projection of joint outcomes.
