Resumen:
Anionic derivatives of methyl beta-laminarabioside, mehtyl beta-laminaratrioside and mthyl beta-maltoside, substituted in the primary hydroxyl groups, were synthesized and characterized spectroscopically. Sulfated mehtyl laminara-oligosaccharides were also prepared. These model compounds for conformational studies allow the comparision of the influence of different anionc substituents (sulfate, phosphate, succinate and carboxylate) on the beta-(1-3) and glycosidic bond.
