Resumen:
Distribution and dynamics of soluble humic substances from Chascomús Pond are mainly controlled by the hidrology of the dranaige basin. Biodegradation and adsorption phenomena seem to have little influence. The applicability of the adsorption at 250 nm and 365 nm for routine analysis of chemical oxygen demand, and the utility of the A250/A365 ratio are discussed.
