Resumen:
A simple,eco-friendly,sensitiveandeconomic flow injectionspectrofluorimetric methodwas developed forthedeterminationofO-(β-hydroxyethyl)rutosides. Theprocedurewasbasedontheuseof an anionicsurfactantsuchassodiumdodecylsulfatetoprovideanappreciableO-(β-hydroxyethyl) rutosides fluorescence enhancement,increasingconsiderablythesensitivityofdetection.Allthevariables affecting the fluorescence intensitywerestudiedandoptimized.The flow ratewas5mL/minwith detection at450nm(afterexcitationat346nm).Alinearcorrelationbetweendrugamountandpeakarea was establishedforO-(β-hydroxyethyl)rutosides intherangeof0.01?200 mg/mL withadetectionlimitof 0.001 mg/mL (s/n¼3). Validationprocesseswereperformedbyrecoveringstudieswithsatisfactory results. ThenewmethodologycanbeemployedfortheroutineanalysisofO-(β-hydroxyethyl)rutosides in bulks aswellasincommercialformulations.
