Dos nuevas vombinaciones de Polymitarcyidae (Ephemeroptera), descriptas por L. Navas

Two species described by L. Navas in the genus Campsurus, C. bruchianus y C. zottai, are transferred to Tortopus. In the first one, the 3 specimens have a "Typus" label, of which I designate one as Lectotype. In the second species, only two of the 18 specimens have the "Typus" label, one considered as a male and the other as a female by the author. As all the individuals are males, I designate the male typus as Lectotype. Both species are redescribed and ilustrated.
