Resumen:
We will recall some classical results on the relation between interpolation modulo an affine complete intersection polynomial ideal and the Euler Jacobi vanishing conditions for global residues. We will show that the well known genericity assumptions for the validity of these results are in fact not only sufficient but also necessary. We will also recall the sparse case, together with some open questions.
