CONICETUNIVERSIDADDE BUENOS AIRESDuring the conference I will speak of the work we do in my organic chemistrylaboratory in Argentine. The work is divided into two lines: - Synthesisof biactive compounds from carbohydrate derivatives, with the aim of studyingthe relationship structure - activity. In this case the different compoundswith their biomedical applications will be presented.- Synthesis and modification of polymers toobtain materials with specific properties. In this case we will presentpolymers applied in coating, energy industry and biodegradable materialsbetween others.
