The use of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) and other histonedeacetilase inhibitors as epigenetic modifiers was evaluated in order toobserve changes in the metabolite production of the dark septate fungalendophyte(DSE) Drechslera sp., isolated from the roots of rye grass(Lollium sp.). LC/MS and LC/MS/MS were employed for the analysis ofthe cultures.
