Resumen:
Considerable progress has been made in understanding the physical chemistry features of VPO system. Hutchings and Higgins compared the performance of promoted VPO catalysts on the basis of a simplified kinetic model for n-butane oxidation involving a series-parallel reaction scheme of pseudo first-order reactions. This paper shows the application of this simple kinetic analysis to lantahnum promoted solids.
