The aim of this paper is to document the vegetal paleocommunities change using pollen analysis from a sedimentary deposit at the archaeological site Alero El Puesto 1 (AEP-1) at Piedra Museo locality in the southernmost Extra-Andean Patagonia, during the Pleistocene-Holocene transition. Comparison with other pollen records permits to determine the paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental conditions at south of 47° S for this interval.
