The Book of ISH 2017 includes about 350 full papers presented by expert of all around the World in the 20th International Symposium on High Voltage Engineering, held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 8th August to 1st. September of 2017, organized by the National University of Tucuman. ISH Symposiums are held each two years and represent state of the art of developments and applications of the last years in high voltage engineering, particularly in the area of new materials, electromagnetic fields over-voltages, coordination of insulation to the field of transmission networks, test and measurement techniques, monitoring and diagnostics, EHV/UHV, AC/DC and HVDC technology.
