?Experimental and theoretical vibrational study of silyl trifluoromethanesulfonate?

As part our studies on the vibrational properties of compounds having the CF3SO2 moiety, the infrared and Raman spectra of liquid CF3SO2OSiH3 were measured and interpreted. The substance was prepared by reaction between phenylsilane and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid.
