Abstract. Infrared and Raman spectra were obtained for tetraphenylarsonium oxotetrachlorochromate(V), [AsPh4][CrOCl4]. Equilibrium geometry and vibrational frequencies for the anion, CrOCl4 geometry and vibrational frequencies for the anion, CrOCl4 geometry and vibrational frequencies for the anion, CrOCl4 geometry and vibrational frequencies for the anion, CrOCl4 geometry and vibrational frequencies for the anion, CrOCl4 oxotetrachlorochromate(V), [AsPh4][CrOCl4].
