Resumen:
Galaxies in clusters are subject to the pressure exerted by the intracluster medium on their interstellar material. Through this process, called "ram pressure stripping" (RPS), these galaxies may lose a significant fraction of their cold gas, affecting their star formation rates, colours and morphologies. Using a combination of non-radiative N-Body/SPH simulations of galaxy clusters and a semi-analytic model of galaxy formation that includes the effect of RPS, we investigate its influence on the properties of galaxies in clusters of masses in the range 10^{14} - 10^{15} h^{-1} M_sun. We present results of the impact of RPS on the colour distribution and the cold gas content. Lower mass galaxies are most affected, and the RPS effect is more important in the more massive clusters.
