Formacion de galaxias en el modelo de materia oscura fria con constante cosmologica

The so-called Lambda-CDM model is the new paradigm of hierachical clustering formation in the universe. This model has shown its ability to reproduce a variety of large scale results. However, in galactic scales this model still faces many challenges. In this report, we present results of cosmological numerical simulations that include gravitational, hydrodynamical and star formation processes. We analyze dynamical, kinematical and photometric properties of different simulated galactic stellar components, as spheroidal, disks and halos. We confront the simulated galaxies with observational results in order to quantify the success of the CDM on galactic scales.
