Resumen:
A new design methodology is proposed for designing discrete-time resonant controllers to control the output voltage on single-phase PWM inverters. This methodology is developed from relationship between the relative stability margins, robustness to parameter variations, and the dynamic and steady-state responses using the open-loop system frequency response diagrams. The control strategy for which this design methodology is developed presents an internal current control loop and an outer voltage control loop. Specifications for transient state are established by the standard IEC62040-3, and those for steady-state are established by the standards IEC61000-2-2 and IEEE 519 respectively, to easily adjust the output impedance of the inverter. Experimental results are presented for a single-phase 2 kVA PWM inverter to validate the design proposal presented in this paper.
