Resumen:
We present the first photometric characterization and determination ofradial velocities of globular cluster (GC) candidates belonging to thesystem of the elliptical galaxy NGC5044. This rich system presentsseveral thousand candidates and its bimodal color distribution isdominated by blue GCs. We have spectroscopically confirmed 27 members ofthe system, with an averaged radial velocity of 2833kms. One of theconfirmed members is a strong candidate to be the first Ultra-CompactDwarf discovered in NGC5044.
