In recent years, disjunctive programming has shown several advantages at the levels of modeling and solving discrete/continuous optimization problems. In this work we will present recent developments of non-linear disjunctive/0-1 models. We will also introduce several issues about a language implementation for posing a problem and also the algorithms and techniques to reach the solution.
