Resumen:
For the specific identification of bacteria in soil samples and peanut nodules a genetic mark for Bradyrhizobium sp (Arachis) was obtained by a modified AFLP. This bacteria was inoculated in pot and field assays in order to test its presence in peanut nodules by detecting, by PCR, this genetic mark. The experiments demonstrated that the bacteria could be detected directly inside nodules and in soil samples. The advantage of this detection technique is that allows monitoring in the environment a specific microorganism using a common and easily available method.
