Resumen:
This paper proposes a new performance characterizationfor Oscillation-Based Test (OBT). The abilityof OBT for detecting deviation faults under simultaneousstatistical fluctuation of the non-faulty parametersis evaluated. For this purpose, we use MonteCarlo simulations and a fault model that considers asfaulty only one component of the filter under test whilethe others components adopt random values obtainedfrom their fault-free statistical distributions. The new data reported here show (for the filtersunder study) the presence of hard-to-test componentsand low fault coverage values for small deviationfaults.
