Resumen:
We performed molecular dynamics simulations on the monoclinic phase of CCl_4$. Through the study of times of molecular reorientation processes, we were able to explain NQR results published earlier.We have found different dynamics for the four nonequivalent molecular groups in the system: for three of them a preferential axis of rotation emerge. Through the proposal of a mathematical model, we were abble to explain the dynamical processes.
