Resumen:
Recent works have showed that periodic and ordered asymmetric microstruc- tures can be eciently used to control the direction of motion of microswimmers mixed populations and separate them by strategy to swim [1,2]. Following these results and numerical methods, we have studied in detail how the degree of order in the underlying microdesigned substrate in small quasi 2D chambers and containing a few nanoliters, could change the transport properties of these biological systems vs the specic motility of the microswimmer strain. Our sim-ulations results are generic and applied to dierent species. We suggest with our results, specic experiments and applications in disorder media for directioning and ltering bacteria with run and tumble dynamics. References [1] I. Berdakin, Y. Jeyaram, V.V.
