Resumen:
In this paper the development of the Subpixelgray-scale Hough transform as a method of detectingthe positions of lines is presented. The algorithm is part ofan electronic interface created for the Nikon 6B/6Dautocollimator. This interface allows for an increase in finalresolution of measurements and a reduction of thevignetting and distortion effects produced by this opticalinstrument´s lenses. The electronic interface consists of aBasler ACE HD camera and its positioning devices, and acomputer with a sub-pixel digital image processingpackage.
