Resumen:
An oscillator with quadratic nonlinearity and delayed feedback is studied. It has two equilibrium points, each one exhibiting a 1:2 strong resonant double Hopf bifurcation. For each case, the number of existing periodic solutions in a neighborhood of the singularity is determined analytically by using a frequency domain method. Moreover, it is found that the two equilibrium points interact through a transcritical bifurcation.
