Resumen:
CURLY LEAF regulates AGO1 degradation and so impairs microRNA activity inplants. This effect is observed in specific cellular niches during normalconditions as well as during UV stress. We also found that a prolonged AGO1-target interaction favors the protein degradation, showing a potential pathway torelease translation inhibited and non-cleavable targets of the miRNA-mediatedsilencing.
