Resumen:
During the last decade, the interest in solvent stable membranes for petrochemical, biotechnology, food and pharmaceutical applications has grown notably. However, there exist in the market a limited number of membranes for these applications and the exact nature of their selective layer has not been fully revealed [1]. In this work, membranes synthesized in our laboratory are analyzed regarding their hydrophobic properties and permeability to different organic solvents by measuring contact angles and permeate flux.
