Resumen:
The paper deals with the problems of windup and change in the direction of control in multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) processes with actuator constraints. A sliding mode control isproposed to solve these problems for the case of two-input-two-output PI-controlled systems. The control strategy is based on the conditioning of the filtered references vector through a discontinuous action.
