Resumen:
A two-Higgs-doublet model including a tree level suppression mechanism for the flavor-changing neutral interactions is analyzed. In this framework, explicit CP violation is considered. One finds the model capable of saturating the neutron EDM experimental bound preserving at the same time the correct low energy predictions of the Standard Model. A compatibility check with the observed CP violation phenomena in kaon physics is also presented.
