Resumen:
Horseradish (Armoracia lapathifolia) roots are the main source of commercial peroxidases, of which the basic forms are the most important. Hence, the development of cultures in vitro of A. lapathifolia presents an important alternative, primarity as transformed roots obtained by infection with Agrobacterium rhizogenes.
