Resumen:
It is recognized that mitochondrial nitric oxide synthase (mtNOS) can be modulated pharmacologically. The effect on mtNOS of enalapril, losartan, haloperidol and chlorpromazine was assessed by determination of NO production, NOS expression and oxygen uptake.
