Resumen:
A Gwn function analysis of the charge msfer probability fa an atom scattered bya semi-infinite linear chain is p e r f o r m e d wifhin the one-padcle Anderson-News model. Themain intervening inpdients are the finite but continuous limit of the substrate bandwidth andthe eventual presence of surface states. The dependence on Lhe velocity of the moving atom aswell as the effects of including surface states, are comparatively discussed.
