Resumen:
Lithium has been chemically inserted into compounds of the type a-Fe22xTixO3 Öx , ca: 0:25Ü: X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy shows the partial reduction of Fe3+ to Fe2+. 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy shows a decrease in magnitude of the magnetichyperÆne Æelds characteristic of the a-Fe2O3 structure. Similar results have been recorded from materials of formulationa-Fe22xMxO3 (M à Sn, Mg).
