Resumen:
The fallacy of the common good is usually understood as the one that consists of grouping diverse phenomena into broad socio-economic categories, which implies deeply dangerous social consequences. In this paper we offer an approach to this fallacy focusing on the popperian proposal and the platonic solution in relation to utopian engineering versus fragmentary social engineering.
