In summary, the authors are very grateful to the discussers for opening a discussion that shed some new lights on a very crucial aspect, which is the ductility of FRC structures with conventional reinforcement. It seems that the critical points were mainly related to the definition of ?practical reinforcement ratio? and to the class of the reinforcement; hopefully, this disagreementhas been clarified in this closure. As a matter of fact, this discussion evidences the need to keep studying this topic (considering all the variables), including structural elements such as slabs, in order to provide clear and reliable recommendations for designers
