Resumen:
Inthis work, branching of PLA is achieved in the molten state by grafting trimethylolpropanetriacrylate (TMPTA), a trifunctional chain linking monomer, onto the macromolecules in the presence of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane (DBPH), a free-radical initiator. The objective is to improvethe melt strength of PLA producing branched PLA (PLAb).
