Resumen:
A cDNA clone encoding a 1 182 bp fragment, corresponding to the 3' -end of the genomic RNA of PVYo(o strain) (1), was isolated and sequenced by the chain termination method of Sanger et al. The nucleotide sequence reported in this paper comprises the entire viral coat protein and part of the viral replicase (Fig. 1). Comparison with the amino acid sequence of PVYn (n strain) (2) shows 94% of identity.
